Maju, an elegant house located in Nyons, in the heart of the Drôme Provençale and just a 10-minute walk from the historic town center, features a welcoming living area with an open, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (including 2 master suites with 160 cm beds and en-suite bathrooms, and 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds and a separate bathroom), and 2 toilets. Enjoy a private, enclosed outdoor space with two terraces including a lounge area and a barbecue, as well as a private heated swimming pool.

Gîte La Suite N°1 – Maison Achard & Fils

The story of Maison Achard & Fils is first and foremost a family story, in Chamaret, in the Drôme Provençale. In the middle of 1 ha of oaks, the owner built this dry stone property entirely, after drawing up his plans. It's a lifetime project, a project that started 20 years ago. In 2023, we are writing a new chapter in the history of our farmhouse, with the opening of a 45 m2 annex, Suite No. 1, intended to accommodate a couple while ensuring excellence and tranquility, surrounded by nature.

Exposed stone house 140 m² habitable. Beautiful volumes, a very neat renovation in order to highlight the charm of the old. Ideal for reunions with family or friends. A large living room and kitchen on the ground floor give direct access to the terrace, the swimming pool(may-september), the garden.

Located in a sought-after and intimate area (accessible to only 2 properties). ​Composed of 2 fully air-conditioned accommodation units, 4 minutes (400 m) walk from the centre of Nyons, it will allow you to easily enjoy the shops, the Thursday and Sunday market (in summer) and sports activities. ​Nestled on a 2,500 m² plot with olive trees and mature trees offering ideal shade for the summer, you will relax in this very quiet and privileged environment.

House, without exterior, in the village of Seguret. This is a house that was renovated in 2023 and offers excellent amenities. It consists of a large living room/living room with kitchen, upstairs 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms. This house is next door to our own house. You can use our swimming pool during the summer period from 1 June to 31 October: Mon–Fri, 9:00–11:00 and 14:00–17:00. The WE and holidays according to our availability. The pool is a 2min walk away.

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

The swimming pool (open from June 1 to the end of September) is below the village, a 5-minute walk away, with a beautiful view. The house is freestanding, but it can also be rented with a neighboring house with 4 additional beds.
