THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

A cozy little cottage of 25 square meters with a sleeping loft, located in the countryside by Nygård! Patio with garden furniture and barbecue! There are lovely lakes all around here for those who want to swim or fish. In Prässebo, 5 km (3 miles) from the property, there is a child-friendly swimming area with a jetty and a kiosk that is open during the summer. There are hiking trails and beautiful forests for picking mushrooms within driving distance. Here you can enjoy the countryside but still get to Gothenburg or Trollhättan in about 35 minutes. Local grocery store you will find about 5 km away.

Welcome to Black Valley Sheepfarm! Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Stay with the sheep as your closest neighbor. We offer a cozy cottage with two beds. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker and kettle are available in the cottages. Service house with running water, toilet and newly built shower is about 40 meters away. The sheep normally walk in different pastures around the farm, but can be moved up to the pasture around the cottages upon request. An exception is if you have a dog, then it is unfortunately not possible to have the sheep so close.

Cozy and modern cottage of 30 sqm with lake view of beautiful Bodasjön with private rowing boat and shared access to jetty with swimming raft. In the living room, there is a sofa, kitchen and dining area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and the two panoramic windows above the sink provide a lovely view. Separate bedroom with a double bed 160 cm wide. The bathroom is equipped with toilet, sink, shower, washing machine with dryer, towel dryer and underfloor heating. A sleeping loft suitable for children and a sofa bed are available in the cottage.

For next summer, please make a contact. Our home has a fantastic location overlooking the lake. The house (139 m2) is located by Lake Ømmern, 50 km from Gothenburg. The house, which is located on its own peninsula (3.5 acres), is isolated at the front and has sun from morning to evening. From the terrace you go directly into the lake with its own sandy beach and jetty. In addition to the main house with large living room with fireplace, kitchen, 4 bedrooms (8 people), there is a single annex with room for 4 extra in the summer (cannot be heated).

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Cozy guest house next to golf course!

Welcome to our lovely guesthouse located just outside Gothenburg next to Alvhems Kunsgårds Golf Course. If you play golf you have 20 meters to the nearest tee and if you want to go to Gothenburg, it is a 23 minute train ride to Gothenburg Central. The cottage is new and can easily accommodate 4 people. There is room for up to 6 people if you want to sleep in the loft. Private shower/toilet and a simple kitchen are available in the cabin. Cleaning is not included but is done by the guest. The apartment of about 60 sqm spread over 2 floors is located in a barn overlooking the meadows just a 5-minute walk from Göta Älv. There is a fully-equipped kitchen and sheets and towels are included. Bus is 2 km away that takes you to Älvängen where you can take the commuter train to Gothenburg in 20 minutes. In Älvängen center, there is everything you can think of in service grocery stores, pharmacy, shoe store, flower shop, etc. In Ale municipality there are golf, hiking trails, bike paths, paddling opportunities, fishing waters, etc.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

Please note! You can rent bedlinens and towels for a fee, or you can provide it for yourself if you wish. You can't follow a GPS to our cabin. Write to us to get the right directions. In the lakehouse there is a small kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a view over lake Torskabotten.
