This is a nature-immersive quiet escape from the crowds where you can enjoy the ocean,birds,sunsets,swim,yoga,tropical gardens,hot shower and more(see amenities). The breakfast is included,except for monthly stays. You can order lunch,dinner and drinks. Renting a scooter or a car is great for more freedom of exploring the island. Local transportation is available on 5min walk. The busy beaches of Kendwa and Nungwi are in 15 min drive.

Our compound is located right on the beach with a 4 bedroomed villa at the front and a separate 1 bedroom villa at the back which is rented separately . Our views are world class, postcard perfect with views of the Indian Ocean and the  coral reef around the Mnemba Island.The beach is very safe day and night . There are several Boutique hotels with bars and restaurants within walking distance of the villa. The villa has a lovely homely feel and the place is ideal for couples or families.

Welcome to Lala Salama House

A lovely family house surrounded by beautiful garden with a lots of plants and trees. In the heart of Nungwi local village. This is a place than can make you relaxed. It is always good to mingle with the locals and this is the right place. The house is african style, spacious, with a big furnished patio, kitchen, two double beds room, one big living room (wit more one double bed) and bathroom.

In addition, there are also shops , local restaurants and the bus station nearby.

Very close there is a small market (jumbo market) and a 5-minute walk to a supermarket. It is a very quiet area. The distance from Nungwi is 1 km from Kendwa 1.6 km.
