Haïzaro is a recent house designed to be inhabited all year round, comfortable in winter and wide open to the sea and the garden. From the large terrace above the water, you can contemplate the bay and the cape of Erquy. On the dike, in front of the house, passes the GR 34 going from Mont Saint-Michel to the Loire estuary. The village of Erquy is about a 20-minute walk, less at low tide and a 5-minute drive (regardless of the tide). Erquy is lively all year round thanks to fishing.

Completely renovated studio and adjoining our house, this accommodation is ideal for a stay in the countryside. It is close to the RN 12, 5 minutes from Lamballe and its shops, 15 minutes from the beaches (Erquy, St Cast-le-Guido, Pleneuf Val André..) and 45 minutes from St Malo. You will have a separate entrance with parking and a sunny private terrace. The housing is bright.

Beautiful duplex in the center.

Get comfortable and enjoy plenty of extra room at this spacious place. It is located in the heart of Lamballe, facing south on the second floor. Only the stairs to access the room are a little steep. It is new and very well-equipped, quiet and very sunny. This accommodation is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Shops nearby (bakery and butcher shop 20 meters away)
