Dear future Guests, This cozy studio with an exuberant view of the valley is set in a beautiful garden with a private entrance in a quiet neighborhood that is just 3 km from the center of our beautiful city. The space features Wi-Fi, TV, air-conditioning, a swimming pool, and direct contact with nature. Feel free to take a walk through the neighborhood surrounded by green forest, relax in the late afternoon in the garden and enjoy the pool on the hottest days!

Sander Olivas House

We are located in the interior of Nova Petrópolis, in a bucolic village called Nove Colônias, 15 minutes from the center. Our chalet was built entirely of native Brazilian pine, providing warmth and comfort to our guests. The chalet is equipped with a hot tub with panoramic views, fireplace, air-conditioning, smart TV with 130 channels, Wi-Fi (fiber optic), full kitchen, plus a deck with hammocks and valley views.

Located in Nova Petrópolis, in Serra Gaúcha, amid breathtaking landscapes, this is an opportunity to reconnect with nature and with yourself. The house accommodates 7 people comfortably in 3 bedrooms. You can reach the Praça das Flores (Flower Square) in less than 5 minutes on foot. It is the central point of the city.

Cabana Gehrke is surrounded by nature, located on a property 7 km from the city center! It has a beautiful view of the lake, where you can relax and meditate with the calmness of this place! We have air-conditioning for the summer and a heater for the winter! Bring your pet to stay with us!!
