Near the Pope's Square, Mirante, Parque das Mangabeiras. Restaurant, Bakery 20 meters from the place, supermarket, drugstore, and other shops 50 meters away. This STUDIO does not have a washing machine.

In our common area we offer a refrigerator, coffee maker, juice machine, stove, barbecue, tables and shower, so you can be totally at ease! Just sit on our deck and enjoy the beauty and tranquility of nature.

The space has THREE ENVIRONMENTS: bedroom, balcony and private bathroom. It has a DOUBLE BED, 40" LED TV, work table, fan, coat rack, dining table, cutlery, kettle, microwave and clothesline.
