Dans le Centre de Paris, le Marais historique, appartement entier, spacieux et lumineux, très bien situé, près de nombreux restaurants et balades de charme. C'est un joli mélange de style traditionnel et de design minimaliste avec son parquet à chevrons et ses fauteuils aux couleurs pop. Composé d'un salon, d'un espace repas, d'une cuisine équipée, d'une chambre et d'une salle de bain. Il est proche de la Place des Vosges, du Musée Picasso, du Centre Pompidou, à 15 mn de Notre Dame etc..

Cozy Studio in North Montmartre

Located on the edge of Montmartre 1km from the Sacré-Coeur, this studio has everything you need for an affordable stay! It is only 14m2, which is common in Paris, but it is very small. I don't recommend that two people stay for long, but it does sleep two. It is very livable for one person: I lived there myself for 2.5 years including the pandemic, then a student rented it for 3 years. Another disclaimer is that it doesn't get a lot of natural light, but it stays cool in summer ;)

Quiet & cosy apartment close to Montparnasse

Bright, Clean and quiet apartment facing a courtyard, well equipped and close to Montparnasse. The apartment has been totally refurbished in 2018, keeping the identity and the character of the building. You will find some good amenities, including all the necessary appliances (Washer, Dish Washer, etc) and small attentions to simplify your stay, and make you feel at home while on travel ! A large 43 screen in 4K, and a Gigabit internet access with gigabit Ethernet plugs & top Wifi.

A calm, elegant and functional place. Ideal for a tourist or professional stay. Studio fully equipped and renovated with quality materials. Perfectly suited for teleworking. Underground parking included. Located in an old fort transformed into an eco-district, "Le Fort d'Issy", this studio will allow you to enjoy village life with all the shops nearby. 15 minutes walk from Mairie d'Issy metro station and 15 minutes from Clamart station or RER C.

Ce magnifique appartement de 100m2 pourra confortablement accueillir jusqu'à trois personnes. Vous entrez tout d'abord dans le salon, spacieux et lumineux avec sa vue sublime sur Notre Dame, il s'ouvre sur une terrasse fleurie qui communique avec un long balcon accessible depuis chaque pièce de l'appartement. Une personne pourra dormir dans le salon puisqu'il dispose d'un lit simple de 90x200.
