Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. In the immediate vicinity, there is wilderness with plenty of trails, including the Vildmarksleden, for hiking, running and mountain biking. Airport: 8 minutes Chalmers golf course: 5 min

Hälleviksstrand - Waterfront Cottage

A newly built lake cottage for 4 people located right by the water's edge with its own dock, swimming ladder and boat dock for a deep-water boat. From the living room, bedroom, balcony & jetty, you can see Kråksundsgap, Edshultshall and Sollidshamn. There are wonderful cliffs & nature for walking and hiking. The sea around Hälleviksstrand is perfect for guests with their own boat or sea kayak. Launching ramp is 300 meters away from the house. Parking is included, about 150 meters from the house. Sheets, towels included. Cleaning can be purchased.

Newly built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private boat dock. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Our semi-detached house in Mollösund Tången is a holiday home with that little extra. The house is modern and well equipped with everything needed for a pleasant holiday in the heart of Bohuslän. The house is dimensioned for 6 people to stay comfortably but it is possible to fit an additional 2-3 people if needed. The price includes access to our boathouse and Tången's private swimming areas. This is a charming and clean apartment surrounded by a beautiful garden. The perfect place to relax after discovering the island of Tjörn. 2 kilometers to the sea with nice places to swim, grocery store and pizza place. Tourist tips: From Rönnäng, take the ferry to Åstol and Dyrön, (islands with no cars). Klädesholmen and Skärhamn. Sundsby säteri, 2 km from the apartment - very good place for hiking. Stenungsund - closest shoppingcenter. Here is also several restaurants.

House with five beds on beautiful Lyrön

Newly-built house (2019) of 44 sqm with possibility for five people to stay. The house is beautifully situated overlooking meadows and mountains. It is five minutes walk to the sea and in the bay there is a rowboat that you can borrow. On the island, there is a fish shop and restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house. Nature on the island is diverse with open sea and cliffs to the west, small farms and forests in the middle of the island.

You will have a nice stay in this comfortable home. One double bed on the ground floor and a double bed up on the loft. Smaller general area with kitchenette, sofa and dining table. Access to part of the deck and barbecue area. Close to swimming areas and tennis court ( rack available to borrow ). Towels and bed linen are available for free. Free parking just outside the house.
