Villa Kaarna is a home built by two architects for themselves. The building's spaces are connected to each other in an airy way. From the windows you can see the pine forest, your own courtyard or sometimes even the northern lights. You can enjoy peace, a fireplace, sauna, nature and the nearby Pöllä beach. This place is suitable for a family as well as a group of friends, or even for a longer stay for someone working remotely. There is also a separate glazed summer room in the courtyard, where it is comfortable to sit from evening until night.

Nice cottage on the shore of the Iijoki river

The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

Villa Saaga - Private Island (bridge) Oulujärvi

You can reach the unique and scenic Private Island by car along the bridge right up to the courtyard of Villa Saaga. Villa Saaga has just been renovated and decorated to a high standard, and is a villa of about 80m2. Number of guests 1-6. On the island, you can relax in complete privacy. The beach sauna has panoramic views of the lake and the pier also has a swimming pool. The island has breathtaking lake views in every direction. A dream destination for those who love privacy and peace. Oulujärvi is a dream for fishermen. (Rowboat)

Historic Log House by the Sea

A historic, log house apartment (building 1900, completely renovated in the 21st century) on the seafront in the tranquility of the forest. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom, and a hallway. Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washer, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc. Amenities include a shower, toilet, air source heat pump. Book for 4–5 people; the beach sauna can be booked separately for €30/hour (the sauna is pre-heated and sessions are between 6 pm and 10 pm)

Cabin is located about 45min drive from Rovaniemi. The cabin gives guests a peek into local lifestyle and offers authentic cabin experience

Taikaloora cottage is an idyllic and cozy cottage on the shore of Lake Oulujärvi in Finland. It lies a short walk away from the ameneties of Vaala's town center. The cottage includes a small kitchen, bathroom, living room and an open bedroom. Just beside the cottage is an idyllic lakeside sauna with amazing view to the Lake Oulujärvi. NOTE: Cleaning fee of 90,- will be charged if the guests don't clean the cottage to the same condition it was while arriving.

The View – Halosenniemi is located right on the seashore on a peninsula, and the sea view opens up in three directions. The 154 m² log villa has a warm and peaceful atmosphere. The living room's impressive log wall, log surfaces, and large windows make the space unique. The yard features a yard sauna, a large terrace, an outdoor hot tub, a private sandy beach, and a beach volleyball court – here you can enjoy the sea, sauna, swim, play, or just relax.

Glamping in Aurora Igloo

Experience our unique Aurora igloo. Clamping near the city centre but still next to the forest. See and feel the frost around you but enjoy the warmness of the real fire and down blanket. Enjoy Lapland! We have only one igloo in our garden and it is one of a kind! You may also use the garden around for winter fun activities. We have sledges and shuffles for your use. There is no jacuzzi/hot tub or sauna available in this accommodation I am afraid.
