Located a stone's throw from Place d'Erlon, you will be close to all amenities. A small selection of local drinks awaits you in the fridge! Please note: no parties, no evening events, camera at the entrance of the condominium that checks the number of guests entering.

THE VILLAGE - Como Lake

The VILLAGE consists of three ancient and luxurious houses, dating back to the 1600s. They are all independent houses. One is the home of the only couple of guests, one is the home of the owners and the last is the holistic massage studio. The garden, swimming pool, hot tub, infrared sauna and woods are for the exclusive use of the two guests only. All surrounded by nature. Luca and Marina live in the VILLAGE, but do not use the amenities. The property is not suitable for children.

Luxury villa, in the northern tourist area of Hammamet, 800 m from the beach and a 5-minute drive from the city center and the Hammamet Fort. Very quiet and well located for visiting and/or discovering Hammamet and spending unforgettable days. Very well-equipped, ideal for families or small groups. The outdoor space is very well appointed with a beautiful infinity pool, a barbecue area, deckchairs, a large umbrella, an outdoor lounge, and an extendable table for 8 people.
