Please note: no parties, no evening events, camera at the entrance of the condominium that checks the number of guests entering.

THE VILLAGE - Como Lake

The VILLAGE consists of three ancient and luxurious houses, dating back to the 1600s. They are all independent houses. One is the home of the only couple of guests, one is the home of the owners and the last is the holistic massage studio. The garden, swimming pool, hot tub, infrared sauna and woods are for the exclusive use of the two guests only. All surrounded by nature. Luca and Marina live in the VILLAGE, but do not use the amenities. The property is not suitable for children.

Visit the chapel classified as a Monument of public interest, then go to the discovery of the region. Two steps from Marmelal you can visit Porto wine farms or nearby cities. If you prefer, you can relax and forget about the stress of everyday life, resting looking in the area's vineyards or diving in the refreshing pool water overlooking the Douro.

Agriturismo Il Colle is located on one of the Chianti hills. The property has been completely renovated, dominates the Chianti valleys and enjoys a splendid view of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence just 35 minutes by car The apartment is on the first floor of the main farmhouse, with independent access and a tree-lined garden.
