The wooden house is located 300 meters from the picturesque village of Gourri, in the pine forest between the villages of Gourri and Fikardou. Visitors can reach the village square and shops within a few minutes’ walk. The accommodation is located in a fenced three-level 1200 sq. Two independent houses are placed in the plot, each one on a different level. The house is situated on the third level of the plot with idyllic view of the sunset, the mountains and the company of nature’s sounds.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish open plan space with access to a shared pool with lush gardens with mountain and sea views close to local beaches ,cafes,restaurants and supermarkets. The lounge and kitchen are open plan with lots of natural light from the balcony doors. There is a comfortable 2 seater sofa, a smart TV with Netflix, WiFi & air con.
