Our new half-timbered house is located directly on the edge of the forest in a cul-de-sac location and offers 85 square meters of living space and a sunny garden. The lake is steps away. The accommodation is the ideal starting point for walks, bike tours (100-castle bike route, Ems-Rad-Weg) or for excursions to the most livable city of Münster (27 km), to the horse stronghold of Warendorf (10 km) or to the place of pilgrimage of Telgte (10 km).

Just 100 meters from the beautiful Diemelsee is our great vacation home in a beautiful secluded location. The 80 square meter living space is divided into two bedrooms, bathroom, hallway, guest toilet and a spacious living room with kitchen and dining table. A highlight is the spacious sauna in the house. The great sunny balcony and terrace with seating and lake views invite you to relax and unwind. Sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth hiking, skiing or mountain biking.

Münster: Haus an der Werse

NEW from May 2025: Our house on the Werse: surrounded by nature and yet only 20 minutes by bike to the Prinzipalmarkt. The cottage is located on a 1000m2 plot and offers direct access to the Werse. The protected landscape area is characterized by the typical boathouses that lie like pearls on a chain on the idyllic river. In the nearby outdoor swimming pool you can swim, the cycling and hiking trail starts in front of the door and the boat rental is also not far.

Newly renovated, completion 2024. Lake view and private path to the promenade (less than 5 minutes walk) Close to the lake and yet nicely quiet. Fantastic lake lodge with sauna, garden & canoe

The lake lodge is located directly on the lake and perfectly combines the features of a cozy Scandinavian-style house with the amenities of a modern equipped accommodation with exclusive and luxurious highlights. The sauna, hot tub and fireplace offer relaxation. One of our highlights is the loft net, which allows a view over the lake. The vacation home has 2 bedrooms with box spring beds. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed.

Guest rooms with roof terrace on Lake Phoenix

It is a studio with two guest rooms, daylight bathroom, kitchen and dining area as well as roof terrace with gas grill. The studio is in our house, you have your own privacy. More information by request. Fresh towels, bed sheets, soap, toilet paper, and coffee capsules, etc. As a welcome, there are fresh flowers, chocolate, mineral water and fruit . It can be up to 3-4 people. 2 additional single beds possible No parties.

Individual guest house on Gut Neuwerk

The individual guest house is located at the end of the 6-hectare property. A former stable is now a carefully and lovingly redesigned retreat for 4 people. On the first floor is the kitchen with dining area and fireplace, a bedroom and a large bathroom with freestanding bathtub. The 2nd floor consists of a loft-like studio with a large window front, in which there is another double bed.
