This is a beach front property on North Beach. Sunrise views. We are the only beach house on the beach. This is close proximity (5 min drive) to the Texas State Aquarium & Lexington Museum or use the beach walk from outside the home all the way down as well. Fishing area & play area is walking distance. Great place to enjoy the sun and the beach ! This house is clean and ready to enjoy your vacation. The corner unit has a wraparound view from the balcony where you can see the sunrise over the bay and sun set over the new bay bridge at certain times of year. This Condo is located on the 1st Floor next to the Exit Stairwell, and an elevator down the hall. The Heated pool is close by. It has a Washer Dryer combo. It's close to the picnic and bar-b-que areas as well.
