Freemans Grove Benevolent Society Walk to MoCA

Welcome to the Freeman's Grove Benevolent Society! Artist's apartment/gallery with kitchen, bath, one bedroom, and a sleeping nook. It is an open floor plan, for heating purposes there are curtains (no doors) on the bedroom and sleeping nook. Sleeps 4 people comfortably. The walk from MASS MoCA to the house is flat except the last block which is STEEP! The apartment is a flight and a half off the street, so be prepared for some stairs. A truly unique apartment and cabinet of curiosities. #fgbs

Stay and wake up to the magic Berkshire sunlight ! Nestled on a quiet hill on the back of MassMoca, this house is only 3 minute drive from downtown. It was renovated in 2021 with brand new wood floors in the living room and master bedroom, and an updated bathroom with hot tub. This is a second home to the owners, who sometimes come to the area for work, the arts, and the outdoors. They treat every corner of the house with love and care, and want to share this serene experience with you.

Overlooking the city in a quiet 7 unit building.

This is a quiet, 7 unit, newly renovated condominium building. We welcome quiet guests who will appreciate a relaxing stay and be conscious of others around them. We are within walking distance to the countries largest contemporary art museum. The 2nd floor is an open plan divided by the stair case. Each side has a queen bed, its own closet. The full bathroom is shared with the two beds. This is a loft, there are no full walls between the two sides of the loft.
