There is nothing here and yet everything; like camping indoors! The small log cabin, without electricity or running water, is nestled in greenery, where you sleep in a comfortable, single bed and look out over horse pastures, the lake and the forest. Barbecue and bed linen are included. 250 meters away there are public toilets and a small swimming lake where there is free parking. Renovated guesthouse for 2 people, that belongs to the estate. Smoking is prohibited in the house and on the property. Animals are not allowed. Suitable for shorter stays near Linköping or Motala. Simple kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave and two induction cooktops, for breakfast. Toilet and shower. There are two beds in a loft with a fairly steep ladder. Bring your own bed linens and towels. On the ground floor, there is a sofa bed for two people. Instructions will be sent after booking.

The accommodation is located just outside Linköping among horses and fields. In the guest area, there is a large room with a 140 cm bed, dining area, and simple cooking facilities. The room has a toilet with shower and a wood-fired sauna. Outside the room, there is a small patio with a barbecue in a nice garden. On the plot, there is a border collie (male) who likes most other dogs, two orange female cats, muscovy ducks and chickens. 1.5 km to the swimming area at Svartån.

The small white guest house on our villa plot is 25 sqm and contains most of the amenities you need for a few nights. Outside, you will find a small undisturbed patio with raspberry fields as a neighbor and overlooking the entire garden. Quiet area close to Svartån. In the village there is also Kaptensbostaden, which offers auctions and has its own interior design shop with limited opening hours.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. The location is great if you want to explore Östergötland. Large plot with trampoline and other activities for children. I have built a somewhat unique wood-fired sauna in a ground cellar. Pets are welcome and I can offer a cage for guinea pigs/rabbits etc.
