In Traumlage - 150 Meter vom schönsten Nordstrander Strand Fuhlehörn entfernt - befindet sich das Nordstrandnixenhaus mit zwei Wohnungen. Bestens geeignet für zwei Personen ist diese kleine obere Wohnung. Das Bett steht in einer Nische, die durch einen Vorhang geschlossen werden kann. Vom Fenster aus blickt man auf den Deich. Ein kleiner Hinweis für unsere sehr großen Gäste: Die Deckenhöhe beträgt hier 2,07 Meter. Diese Wohnung befindet sich über der Nordstrandnixe an Land.

In the landmarked house right in the center is the stylish little apartment "Der Beamte." The official lives in a living/bedroom with double bed, dining table, desk & TV on the first floor. In the back, he lingers in the courtyard, which invites you to barbecue and linger in gray-colored weather. The official likes it a little stuffy, sits at the desk from 8-9 am & writes postcards, then drops the pen & likes to try the culinary delights in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment is very comfortably furnished and modernly equipped. It is located on the 2nd floor of a completely newly built farmhouse in 2011 in the middle of fields - pure nature & tranquility. The approx. 41 square meters offer plenty of space. A pet is welcome. Smart TV and fast internet are provided. The house is equipped with underfloor heating. Our Heligoland vacation home WIRamMEER is an open, puristic and beautiful house with tasteful furnishings. We appreciate the tranquility and the walking distance to the dike and the jump into the North Sea, (when it is there), we love the wandering sheep and the good air, the culinary pampering program with the fish restaurants nearby and we relax on the terrace for a break and sunbathing and it is certainly appreciated by enjoyable people and also families.

Backstein-Charme mit Cottage-Touch. Ein Ort der Geborgenheit, geprägt durch die Ruhe und Weite des Marschlandes. "Einfach" im besten Sinne. Kinder willkommen. Hygiene: Reinigung durch Profis, Waschmaschine direkt im Haus und frei verfügbar. Das Wohnzimmer und die zwei Schlafzimmer wurden 2025 von Grund auf saniert und erhielten einen Dielenboden. 2026 entstand ein neues Terrassendeck aus Holz.
