Our modern, very bright, approx. 70 m² ground floor apartment with a detached house character offers you an approx. 40 m² living/dining area with an open kitchen, dining area and fireplace, an office, a shower room with a walk-in shower, a separate bedroom, a large, covered terrace with a sauna and a sunken garden. The beach, city center and train station are within walking distance in approx. 10-15 minutes. The nearest supermarket is about 250 meters away. Dogs are very welcome here!

The apartment is very comfortably furnished and modernly equipped. It is located on the 2nd floor of a completely newly built farmhouse in 2011 in the middle of fields - pure nature & tranquility. The approx. 41 square meters offer plenty of space. A pet is welcome. Smart TV and fast internet are provided. The house is equipped with underfloor heating.
