Our sunny and spacious holiday flat "Auszeit" is located in the middle of the Ries recreation area, on the very edge of the beautiful, quiet village of Löpsingen, directly on the "Romantic Road". From there, hiking and cycling paths lead off in all directions. In only three kilometres you can reach Nördlingen, whose historic old town can be completely circumnavigated on the intact town wall with its towers. Various restaurants, cafés and shops invite you to stroll and linger.

This large studio impresses with its exposed roof structure, which creates a very cozy atmosphere. There is permanent ventilation in the wooden house. In the bedroom, a large waterbed (2 m x 2.20 m) ensures good sleep. The property has been lovingly individually furnished. The kitchen is small but superbly equipped. Barbecue and sun in the garden. The small town of Friedberg is romantically situated on a hill and is always worth a visit.
