Schöne Wohnung auf Wangerooge. Ruhig gelegen und unmittelbar in Strand nähe. Schön helle Wohnung. Wir vermieten unsere seit Jahren nur familiär genutzte Wohnung auf Wangerooge. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der ersten Etage eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Die Wohnung wird mit Bettwäsche und Handtüchern vermietet. Die Reinigung der Wäsche ist im Preis der Endreinigung inkludiert. Die Wohnung hat zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett. Auf Wunsch gibt es auch ein Kinderbett ohne Mehrpreis.

Fantastic holiday home with seaview, located in the attractive area close to the beach at Mommark Marina. The natural gathering point of the house is the beautiful living room, where the kitchen and living room are united in one. From the living room you access a charming south-east facing terrace with Seaview. The holiday home offers a spacious bedroom with double bed, wardrobes, and a lovely bathroom with shower and sauna. Furthermore, the house contains 2 neat rooms with 2 beds in each + Spa.

Ein Ort für Familien ebenso wie für Ruhesuchende! Diese freundliche, sonnige Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock eines 6-Parteien-Hauses mit Garten, Pkw-Stellplatz und eigenem Südbalkon. Sie liegt nur 900 m vom Strand/Hundestrand entfernt und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Wernerwald mit seinem Waldfreibad und dem Kletterpark, der Duhner Küstenheide sowie dem Nationalparkzentrum. Die Natur liegt also vor der Haustür! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 2 km, Fahrradverleih 500 m, Arzt/Zahnarzt ca. 1,5 km.

Hyggeligt sommerhus med unik beliggenhed

Lækkert sommerhus med helt fantastisk beliggenhed nærmest på stranden. Sommerhuset har 2 værelser med dobbeltseng og en komfortabel daybed i stuen. Det ligger på en skøn grund med have og overdækket terrasse med aftensol. Sommerhuset ligger ca. 20 fra en lænker badestrand og en lille badebro. Der er under 1 km. til en hyggelig isbutik/grill og 10 min. i bil til indkøbsmuligheder og lidt længere til Haderslev centrum. Nyd en fantastisk ferie ved stranden i dette unikke sommerhus.

Dies helle Appartement in absoluter Strandnähe eignet sich ideal für 2 Pers. Es verfügt über einen Wohn-/Schlafraum mit offener Küche (komplett ausgestattet), Duschb. und Süd-Balkon. Im Haus befinden sich Schwimmbad (leider im Moment wegen Wartungsarbeiten nicht nutzbar), Sauna, Fitness, Tischtennis und Waschmaschine. Im Preis inkl. sind ein PKW Stellpl. u. 2 Fahrrad Stellpl. Bettwäsche und Handtücher bitte selber mitbringen. Können auch gegen eine geringe Gebühr gebucht werden.

The 1-room flat + separate kitchen has been completely renovated and furnished with much love. Everything can be reached on foot in a few minutes. A garage (H 2m width 3.35) is available free of charge. Fast WiFi, a 55-inch Smart TV, USB and USB-C sockets are also available. Hotel bed linen/towels are included.

It is located in a unique protected area as the only cottage. It is a lovely cottage for those who want to enjoy nature in peace and quiet. You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. If you like paragliding, there are opportunities within 200 m, kite surfing within 500 m. Please notis Electricity must be paid separately, water is included

Das dreistöckige Strandhaus hat seinen Namen mehr als verdient, da es wirklich direkt am Strand/ Meer liegt. Eine einzigartige Lage im Ostseeresort Olpenitz.
