Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe vom Ferienhausgelände mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Gasthof mit Biergarten sowie öffentliche Verkehrmittel. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

The toilet is located in a separate room. From the living room, guests have an unobstructed view into the shower area. The furnishings have been lovingly made by us. A mixture of old furniture, own creations and modern appliances gives the apartment a very special charm. Quiet village location!

In this newly renovated approx. 46 sqm first floor apartment with large terrace you can have a relaxing vacation on the North Sea coast near the beach (approx. 250 m away). The apartment is equipped for 2 people and has one bedroom and a daylight bathroom with shower and toilet. The kitchenette is integrated into the living room. A flat screen is of course part of the basic equipment. A private parking space is right by the house.

My place - apartment "Mina" - is close to the beach, family-friendly activities, bakeries, restaurants, ferries to Norderney and Juist, surf/kitesurf school, Norddeich Mole train station. You'll love my place because of the light, relaxation by the sea, coziness, location, sea view over the dike. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and families with 1-2 kids. You can expect covered beds and fresh towels - you don't have to bring anything but anticipation!

Our small, cozy apartment for 2 people is located about 2.5 km or 15 minutes by bike from the North Sea coast. The prices are per night/apartment plus tourist tax €3.50 in the main season and €1.80 in the off-season per person./day including bed linens, a set of towels and 2 rental bikes. The terraced house has a large living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with toilet, guest toilet and two bedrooms, as well as two terraces for barbecuing and sunbathing. Located in a direct location to the marina Norddeich. The ferry terminal to Norderney and Juist as well as Norddeich Mole train station is a few minutes' walk (400 m).

The apartment includes a spacious terrace with a small lawn. The mandatory guest fee, which applies to the municipality of Norden-Norddeich, will be charged separately by us. You will receive your guest card from us upon arrival.

Our apartment is located in the former living area of an old and extensively renovated Gulfhof, at the foot of the dike, in the midst of a nature reserve. High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden windows with a great view into the East Frisian landscape and a modern decor with great attention to detail make this apartment a place to come down and relax.
