Welcome to our newly-built apartment in Björlanda Kile - just 350 meters from the sea and 20 minutes from central Gothenburg! Here you live close to both forest, salt rock pools and a good selection of outdoor activities (beach volleyball, bike park & kayak rental). Perfect if you need a "get away" from the city! A beautiful path leads you through cow pastures and over cliffs down to the sea – the top for a morning swim (no designated swimming area). In the area, there are also two designated swimming areas: Stora Udd and Östra Piren.

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

It takes about 15 mins to the city centre or to the beautiful archipelago. Tram and buss stop is within a 10 min walk and the sea just a few hundred metres away. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and other local amenities within walking distance. The property has a full size bedroom that sleeps two as well as two beds in the loft space. Holiday home in a rural relaxing environment close to the forest and lovely walking paths. With a walk or bike ride, you can easily get down to the sea and saltwater swimming. Also nearby is Björlanda Kiles marina with restaurant, padel and mini golf courses. A 10-minute walk will take you to the bus stop that will take you to Central Gothenburg. The house is located in a residential area with close neighbors so there must be no parties or events. During July, not less than 5 nights.

We rent out a small attic apartment for 2 people about 20 minutes drive outside central Gothenburg. The apartment is rural. Floor space about 35 sqm. Fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Small bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine. Bed 105 cm and a sofa bed. Wi-Fi and 1 parking space available. Close to public transport, however, your own car is recommended. About 2 km to the sea and a small grocery store.
