It has been gradually renovated and revitalised (currently in the process of revitalisation) with white plastered earthen walls, natural Kenji bamboo fences, and more.Originally an old house opened as an almost 100% inbound accommodation.We are conducting a semi open-air bath in the interior of the warehouse and renovation work centered around the water. ■ Soothing moss garden ■ There are three moss gardens: the front garden, the courtyard, and the back garden. Well water flows everywhere, including through a fountain, a basin, a stone trough, a stream between stepping stones, and a pond. The pond is home to koi, goldfish, medaka, tanago, and river prawns, and is a biotope space visited by wild birds. ■ Chick-in lounge (cafe/bar space), souvenir corner ■ You can drink authentic cocktails on the first floor of the main building.There is a souvenir corner with imported interior goods, accessories, natural stone and more from Japan, Bali and other overseas locations.

If you stretch your legs a little, you can reach Katsura Beach in 15 minutes and Kochi City downtown in about 30 minutes by car. It is the best place to stay for families and friends to enjoy freely in nature without worrying about other guests. 1) We use a self check-in system with a tablet and QR code. 2) Dishes and cooking utensils are available, but there is no oil or seasoning. 3) Rental of charcoal stoves and firewood (for campfires and fireplaces) is available for a fee. Meals can be purchased from the online store and delivered.

We carefully renovated a traditional house built 40 years ago, keeping the old beams and windows, and created a space where you can relax with your family and friends.Outside the window is a traditional Japanese landscape of rice fields and mountains.You can enjoy the scenery that changes with the seasons from the living room and sunroom. The accommodation can accommodate up to 6 guests.We also provide a baby chair, baby bath, baby futon, toys, etc. so that families with small children can have a comfortable stay. A private rental accommodation facility, limited to one group per day, has opened along the coast near Shimonada Station in Iyo City, Ehime Prefecture. The beautiful, clear blue sky and ocean stretch out before you as far as the eye can see.　A calm space is created with plaster as the base. With a panoramic view of the Seto Inland Sea and the sea right in front of you, you can cook in the stylish kitchen on the first floor while watching the sunset. On the second floor, you can create while watching the sunset on the terrace. There is one queen-sized bed.　One Koala sofa bed that converts to a queen size bed. There is one AirWeave double bed on the second floor. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Breakfast includes natural yeast bread and Rodan coffee. There is a small river and a nice old house of Japanese style next to the house .The tool of the barbecue is prepared. （Please bring an ignition agent and charcoal） it's comfortable in summer as the temperature is a few degrees lower than in the city. As of 2024, mobile phones have become much easier to connect to. （no wi-fi） The air conditioner was installed in 2022, but it is only on the first floor.Enjoy the natural air. There is a fan. Firewood isn't available from May as it will be warmer.

Ricefields, Rivers and Mountains　四万十町一軒家貸切　※最大６名

This house is a beautiful blend of traditional and modern making it convenient but also authentically Japanese. Mountains and ricefields are beside you, the Shimanto River can be heard. The ground floor is all yours. It's spacious with a large tatami sleeping room that can become two. The A/C is only in one room if the doors are closed. There is no central heating. Restaurants are within 10min or you can prepare local foods in your own equipped kitchen. It’s designed for long and short stays.
