It has been gradually renovated and revitalised (currently in the process of revitalisation) with white plastered earthen walls, natural Kenji bamboo fences, and more.Originally an old house opened as an almost 100% inbound accommodation.We are conducting a semi open-air bath in the interior of the warehouse and renovation work centered around the water. ■ Soothing moss garden ■ There are three moss gardens: the front garden, the courtyard, and the back garden. Well water flows everywhere, including through a fountain, a basin, a stone trough, a stream between stepping stones, and a pond. We carefully renovated a traditional house built 40 years ago, keeping the old beams and windows, and created a space where you can relax with your family and friends.Outside the window is a traditional Japanese landscape of rice fields and mountains.You can enjoy the scenery that changes with the seasons from the living room and sunroom. The accommodation can accommodate up to 6 guests.We also provide a baby chair, baby bath, baby futon, toys, etc. so that families with small children can have a comfortable stay. There is also an open kitchen with a dishwasher, a garden deck where you can have a BBQ, and a cypress bath. A private rental accommodation facility, limited to one group per day, has opened along the coast near Shimonada Station in Iyo City, Ehime Prefecture. The beautiful, clear blue sky and ocean stretch out before you as far as the eye can see.　A calm space is created with plaster as the base. With a panoramic view of the Seto Inland Sea and the sea right in front of you, you can cook in the stylish kitchen on the first floor while watching the sunset. On the second floor, you can create while watching the sunset on the terrace. There is one queen-sized bed.　One Koala sofa bed that converts to a queen size bed. There is one AirWeave double bed on the second floor. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Breakfast includes natural yeast bread and Rodan coffee. For tableware, we use the work of local artists such as Mustakibi and Ryusenkama. For towels, we use Iori towels from Imabari Towel.　We use linen sheets. As of 2024, mobile phones have become much easier to connect to. （no wi-fi） The air conditioner was installed in 2022, but it is only on the first floor.Enjoy the natural air. There is a fan. Firewood isn't available from May as it will be warmer.

This house is a beautiful blend of traditional and modern making it convenient but also authentically Japanese. Mountains and ricefields are beside you, the Shimanto River can be heard. The ground floor is all yours. It's spacious with a large tatami sleeping room that can become two. The A/C is only in one room if the doors are closed. There is no central heating. Restaurants are within 10min or you can prepare local foods in your own equipped kitchen. It’s designed for long and short stays.
