The property is a small farm with a main house built in 1921, an annex and barn building. Located peacefully located in a scenic area about 2 km south of Treungen city center. Large outdoor area with terraces, jacuzzi and barbecue. Large lawns for play areas, ball games etc. The property borders on mountain terrain and the popular mountain Skuggenatten (706 m a.s.l.). 5 min to the shop and city centre, swimming area and river. Very good opportunities for outdoor activities in nearby areas such as swimming, cycling, paddling, fishing and mountain tours

Private road all the way up to the door."Off grid" with solar system, good wifi. Water must be brought in. Water for food and drink must be brought. Gas for the hob and barbecue. burning toilet and outdoor shower with heated water.

New design holiday home with fantastic views

Enjoy and relax at this beautiful spot in South Norway, right on the Nisser lake. When we are not there ourselves, we like to make others happy with this beautiful, design furnished, house. We hope our guests enjoy this as much as we do. Our house is suitable for any season. In the summertime, you can swim, paddle board, hike and MTB. In winter alpine skiing in Gautefall or Vrådal, or touring or cross-country skiing right behind home. Or how about a dog sled ride?

Vacation cottage (max 6 people) on the lake

Our cottage is located on a 1200m² of natural property. From the spacious south terrace you have a breathtaking panoramic view of the slopes/waterfalls of the Havrefjell and the lake. In the immediate vicinity are two more lakes with natural swimming area. There are fantastic hiking trails and the hut is also in the middle of a cross-country skiing area with varied tour trails. The sea is about 45 minutes by car. The nearest supermarket is about 20 km away.

Cabin to high standard, new in 2022. Includes 4 airy bedrooms, living room and kitchen with high ceilings. Sauna finished in 2024. Large windows facing stunning water views. It is 2 minutes to walk to the white beach. The area is amazing in both summer and winter. Short distance to over 40 mountain hikes in the area, as well as long white beaches around gnomes. In winter there are driven trails, and 20 min to slalom slope.
