Located in a small town next to the Sierra Nevada Natural Park, 25 minutes from Granada, 20 minutes from La Alpujarra and 25 minutes from the beach. The house has two floors and an outdoor patio with a small pool, exclusively for you. Downstairs: open layout with living room, dining room, kitchen, small toilet and patio. Upper floor: bedrooms and full bathroom. Hiking trails are a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.

It is located on a street restored by UNESCO in the very centre. Next to Plaza Nueva and a few minutes walk from the Alhambra and the Cathedral, the Paseo de los Tristes, and the beautiful and charismatic neighborhoods of Albaicin and Realejo. Also, right below there are buses to the Alhambra and the Albaicín if you don't want to walk uphill.

The house was built by me and I keep the comment of some of my customers - you have put a lot of affection in this house. We have a covered inner courtyard, with a glass dome on the second floor, which gives a lot of light to the interior even on cloudy days. It has a special charm on moonlit nights when its light illuminates part of the courtyard, giving it a special spell. A terrace overlooking the valley where we do not miss a sunset, some are a spectacle.

Love Suite

Disconnect from the routine in this unique and relaxing accommodation. "The Love Suite Niwalas is a cortijo for a romantic stay with your partner. There is a large 160cm bed, a bathtub and a kitchen. In front of the cortijo there is a small terrace for dinner or breakfast with views of the peak of the sierra Nevada. There is a fireplace, wifi and AC and washing machine. There is a swimming pool but it is shared with the owners of the house.

La Almunia de Nigüelas is an accessible country house in the heart of nature, in an area of high environmental protection (Sierra Nevada National Park). The views are spectacular and the weather is very pleasant. The half-hectare farm is in the Lecrín Valley watchtower. The treatment of agricultural production is organic. Our house is built with natural materials, meeting bioclimatic and environmental sustainability criteria.

This lovely country home sleeps up to four people comfortably. It has two bathrooms, a living area, a dining room and full kitchen. The most impressive aspect of the house is its location which boasts panoramic views overlooking the mountainous valley, visually distinct with its terraced olive, orange and almond groves, among others. The property also has a garden and a small terrace with a BBQ and a wood fired oven.
