We offer a quiet stay in a renovated private apartment of 60m² on the ground floor of our house, with also private terrace. The accommodation includes 1 bedroom with double bed + sofa 1 place in the living room. Ideal for a couple alone or with a child. We offer 2 bikes to visit La Rochelle (10 minutes from the CV by bike) and Île de Ré (30 minutes from the bridge). On returning from your day, you can relax in your private sauna (in the bathroom).

Small independent accommodation, ideal and above all functional for a short trip for two. It is part of a property bringing together 3 other properties including ours, in a quiet, family-friendly environment. The green spaces, swimming pool, and jacuzzi (outdoor) are shared between the different homes. The Hot Tub is accessible all year round by reservation only and under several conditions.
