There are two living rooms, an office and kitchen. Trails are easily accessible by both ATV and snowmobile. Property is within 5 minutes of both Little Madawaska and Madawaska Lake. Long Lake is within 15 miles. There are 3 man made ponds on the property along with multiple walking trails in which you may see wildlife.

Reeds and Rushes Lakeside cottage sits on 5 acres on Long Lake in northern Maine in the quiet town of Saint Agatha. This quaint cottage is professionally renovated with exquisite detail. A public boat launch is a quarter mile down the road to conveniently launch your boat and bring it over to our private dock. In the winter, there is ample parking for your snowmobile trailer and access from the property to the lake trail. Unfortunately, this exceptionally clean abode does not allow pets.

Year round, quiet home with access right to ITS 81 and 105 trails from the driveway! Plenty of space for the entire family, plus a garage for your snowmobiles or ATVs! This space serves as a great hub for all your Northern Maine adventures! Located perfectly for zone 3 moose hunting, with access to bear and deer hunting throughout the endless miles of wilderness! Just a few minute drive to Long lake for fishing and boating, and right around the corner from the St. John River boat launch!

Open concept living room (14X11) with queen size sofa bed and dining table with 4 chairs. Small kitchen includes small electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, dishes and some cookware and Crockpot. Smart TV and WiFi. Bedding and towels provided. Full bath NO PETS.
