Self contained apartment situated on a working Farm in Killington. 10 minute drive from M6 Junction 37. 4.5 miles from Sedbergh and 6.6 miles from Kirkby Lonsdale. Both of which have multiple pubs, restaurants and small shops. Perfect location for scenic walks, bike rides and visits to the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales National Parks. Parking spaces for two vehicles along with an outside seating area. Self catering fully equipped Kitchen. Double bed with bedding and towels provided. No pets.

Atelier an enchanting French studio

Atelier was inspired by painting holidays in France. It is a spacious studio at Hylands providing a base for escape, rest and adventure. It is cosy with a wood burner, uses high quality materials throughout, curated with love and care. Surrounded by beautiful gardens to explore, where you can dine al fresco or just sit and watch the wildlife and the ever changing views. It is 12 minutes walk to Kendal's many independent shops and restaurants, and 5 minutes to our local pub, the 'Riflemans Arms'.

Located a 25 minute’s walk from Oxenholme Train Station and a 20 minute’s walk to Kendal town centre . The Snug is 15 minutes walk from the Brewery Arts Centre and right opposite Kendal Leisure Centre where lots of events are held. A short distance away from a variety of pubs and cafes . Kendal is 9 miles from Windermere which makes it a great base for exploring The Lake District.

Set on our Adult Only caravan park in the quiet hamlet of New Hutton, near Kendal, our self contained, underfloor heated hut, contains a sleeping area, bathroom and kitchen equipped with all necessities - utensils, cutlery, crockery, kettle, toaster, sink, hob, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. A sofa bed gives you all the comfort and relaxation you need. Your bathroom includes a toilet, wash basin and shower.

It's the perfect base: head out walking in the hills straight from your door or use our electric bikes to explore the quiet lanes. When you get back, soak in the wood fired hot tub and enjoy a drink on the terrace while admiring the wonderful view of the fells.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!

Scenic walks over limestone Scars from the doorstep. Comfortable double bed, single bunk above with limited head space. Kendal is an attractive market town with an eclectic range of shops, cafes, restaurants. There is a designated parking space for one vehicle beside the hut Bikes can be secured in the log shelter.

Welcoming guests from all nationalities, faiths and backgrounds, sadly no pets in the cottage. Children welcome with books/games/ toys adapted to age.
