Built in the early 1830’s, you’ll feel like you’re stepping back in time while enjoying its modern amenities. The mancave comes with a full size bedroom with television upstairs, futon, full bath, kitchen/bar/living room area. There are four smart TVs including one one on the patio. You can choose to sit and watch TV from the hot tub or inside. Seasonal pool will be ready by memorial day and thru September.

One block away is the Katy Trail which includes the historic Katy Trail Bridge, as well as Isle of Capri Casino. Boonville is known for it’s history and charm. Attractions include museums, aquatic center, golf course, and Warm Springs Ranch home of the Budweiser Clydesdales.

Enjoy 2 miles of hiking trails, or Unwind at the end of the day by relaxing beside the fire pit or lounging in the hammock. * Please note this property is off grid, water is gravity fed. No running water 11-1 to Mid March, We do not have air conditioning, or refrigerators. * Property is adult only. No one under the age of 18 is permitted

Sweet little cabin by a little pond at the edge of the woods. Large sunny windows, real bed, (with room to bed a child or two down on the floor) tea pot, easy chair, composting toilet, AC, WiFi, hiking trails. There's no shower in the Cabin. Our water is from a deep well, tested, certified ... and delicious! There is an above ground pool, trampoline, and a trail down the hill Very child friendly. We maintain a fragrance-free facility, so no air "fresheners".
