Multiple large areas for gathering and relaxing, as well as private bedrooms and a game court are sure to please. The nightly fee covers the first 4 people staying. We do charge a small per person additional fee for 5 or more. Please note: This home is not to be used for events, parties or similar occasions. Also please note that there is no walk-in shower, no cable TV.

This charming house is within walking distance to Salina Community Theater, Stiefel Theater, many restaurants, grocery store and many other downtown shops. You are right in the heart of downtown, all the restaurants, shops, are just minutes away. The loft has a bedroom that sleeps two and also a West Elm sleeper sofa that sleeps two in the living room. There is a private entrance off Santa Fe, a full kitchen with microwave, espresso and coffee maker, and washer and dryer.

You will have access to a full size bed and a couch will a pull-out full size bed Bathroom with toilet and sink. Kitchenette with microwave, and mini-fridge. Enjoy a private entrance and parking spot off the street. Your space is connected to our house but you never have to enter our house to get to your space.
