The house is located with easy access to downtown and the north shore. Enjoy in floor radiant heating, central air conditioning, 1 parking space and dog-friendly amenities. There are two locked bedrooms on the second floor, I kindly ask you do not use the second floor bathroom.

This is a 2 bedroom suite on the main level of my home. It has its own entrance, own bathroom, living room and kitchen. I do have 2 other private rooms in the house too. One bedroom is on the main level of my home as well. This is my home where I live with a dog and family. The home is easy access off of highway #1. Yes, this does mean that the house is situated on a busy street. The location overlooks the mountains and close to the PNE & the inlet of the ocean.

This bright 1 bedroom with private entrance is located 15 mins. from downtown Vancouver and the North Shore. It is conveniently located 3 blocks from a major bus exchange to take you where you want to go. We have a large family and some of our Children & Families live out of town. Our space is set up for when they are in town. When this space is not being used then we like to share our home.
