As noted in some reviews, the parking lot can be a little tight, and can occasionally be full (there are ten spaces for the ten units, but parking is not assigned). There is street parking immediately in front of the building, and plentiful parking about a block to the North across from the Blue Agate Cafe.

The duplex has two rental studios one on top of the other, with a laundry room basement. Amazing up-close views of sand and surf including the Three Arch Rocks from every floor. SeaBeast Condo of Neskowin is an oceanfront 3rd floor within Proposal Rock Inn. 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo with private balcony located within the small town of Neskowin, OR. Queen bed in the bedroom with private bath, as well as a queen Murphy bed in the living room. It is clean and well-maintained. Majority of unit updated in 2023, with some dated aspects (Proposal Rock Inn was built in the 70's after all). Within walking distance to Neskowin Beach, a great restaurant and small store.
