Luxury house with private heated pool in Nerja!

Welcome to this beautiful house in Nerja. Located in the popular area of Capistrano Village. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind. This luxury renovated villa is something out of the ordinary. Very tasteful with exclusive materials in both the interior-design and furnitures. Here you get Extra Everything for a perfect stay! The residence offers an air-conditioned accommodation, underfloor heating and a private heated pool in the garden. To the town center of Nerja and the "Balcon de Europa" it is 2 km and to the main beach "Playa de Burriana" only 1,2 km. The grocery stores Mercadona and Carrefour are both within easy reach, about 250 meters from the property. The Capistrano area facilities with pool area, bar and restaurant are also just around the corner. Wi-fi is free. Towels and bed linen are included to make your stay more enjoyable. Parking at the house is also free. If you feel like BBQ, there is an outdoor kitchen with fridge for chilled drinks and a gasgrill on the terrace. It invites you to gather. Either at the dining area, the built-in lounge sofa or at the bar. The accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms with double beds, all of which have "en suite" bathrooms with shower and toilet. They are all located one floor up. On the ground floor there is a hallway with a guest toilet, a well-proportioned living room with a view of the terrace and the sea. As well a very well-equipped kitchen with a dining area. Everything in an open plan. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and more. In the living room there is a sofa group, TV and a sound-system.

The new renovated ancient townhouse with private pool is situated in the old part of Frigiliana in one of the most charming streets. The house has several terraces with spectaculair sea and nature views. The house offers a spacious livingroom with fireplace, big sofa, dining table, relax chairs and desk. Nice well equiped kitchen. 2 bedroom with double beds, bathroom with shower and bath and a separate toilet. Very private garden with outdoor kitchen, pool, diningtable, relax chairs and sunbeds

Wonderful view in Ladera del Mar 1

The property has amazing sea views from every room. From the terrace you can enjoy 180 degrees of sea view with sun all day. The apartment is easy to access, with no stairs (just one step) and free parking on the street outside. There is a great pool close to the property. Unclear when open due to drought in Andalucia (normally Apr to Oct) and the closest beach (el Playazo) is 700 meters away and goes 1.5 km towards center of Nerja. It takes around 5 minutes to drive into the center of Nerja.

Ubicada en la calle peatonal principal del pueblo rodeada de comercios... Capacidad para 6 personas, con tres plantas,dos dormitorios, sala de estar, baño completo, terraza con solárium, cocina equipada con lavavajillas,vitro, lavadora...,patio. Villa Colina del Mar är uppdelad i 2st lägenheter i en stor villa. Häng tillsammans runt poolen eller sola på en egen privat terrass. Villan ligger bara 4 min från stranden till fots. Läget är fantastiskt på grund av panoramautsikten, utrymmena, avskildheten och solen såklart! Det är tillräckligt nära centrum för kvällar ute men tillräckligt långt borta för lugn och ro. Villan är perfekt för familjer med barn och stora grupper. Självklart snabbt wi-fi med bra täckning överallt.
