Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική αφού βρίσκεται δίπλα στα καλύτερα εμπορικά κέντρα της Αττικής (The Mall Athens, Golden Hall, Anenue) καθώς και σε μεγάλα νοσοκομεία (Υγεία, Μητέρα, Ιασώ, Ιατρικό,ΚΑΤ, Κωνσταντινοπούλειο). Σε απόσταση αναπνοής βρίσκεται το ΟΑΚΑ, ο σταθμός τρένου «Ειρήνη» (2χλμ), ο προαστιακός (2.5χλμ) και η είσοδος της Αττικής Οδού. Στα 100μ. υπάρχει στάση λεωφορείου, έτσι η πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της Αθήνας είναι πολύ εύκολη, η διαδρομή διαρκεί 40λ. με τα ΜΜΜ, ενώ με το αμάξι περίπου 30λ.

Welcome to Andreas's and Sofias’s sunny 1 bedroom apartment! The 80 sq.m first floor apartment is located in a safe and quite neighborhood on Agios Nectarios hill in Neo Herakleio. The apartment can accommodate up to four persons, it has a double bed, private bathroom, sofa, air-conditioner, heating, free wifi, and a kitchen equipped with oven and hot plates, boiler, coffee maker and fridge. The apartment has two big balconies facing the garden!

Το 1960, πριν χτιστεί το σπιτιού μας στη Σοφοκλέους, ο παππούς Γιάννης φύτεψε ξινά δέντρα στον κήπο. Τα πορτοκάλια, τα μανταρίνια και τα λεμόνια γέμισαν τις φρουτιέρες μας , δυναμώνοντας τους χειμώνες μας και δροσίζοντας τα καλοκαίρια μας. Κάτω από αυτά τα δέντρα, έγιναν γλέντια, έπαιξαν παιδιά ενώ πεταλούδες ρουφούσαν χυμούς λουλουδιών. Καλωσορίζουμε τους επισκέπτες μας στον παράδεισο αυτό το τον γεμάτο αρώματα και χυμούς.
