The Wadden Sea, the North Sea and the Tønder marsh are right outside the door, and definitely worth a visit.

Ein idealer Startplatz für Exkursionen in die Inselwelt. Zum Stadtzentrum mit Geschäften und dem Strand ist es Ca. 1 Km weit, also Alles gut mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet mit zwei Terrassen einem Garten und einem KFZ Stellplatz.

Welcome to our terp in Waygaard near the lake Botschlott. The accommodation is a traditional thatched farmhouse flat with a view overlooking the lake, the surrounding meadows and the North Frisian marshes. It is ideal for nature lovers: you can canoe, cycle and watch the flocks of birds that use the partly protected lake as a migration and nesting site. The house was carefully restored with natural materials in 2025/2026

From this centrally located accommodation, you are in no time at all the important places. For your trips to the beach (about 5 minutes by bike) and across the island, I will provide bicycles. The bus stop is 150 meters away, as is the delicious bakery. Opposite is the farm shop with regional products such as milk, eggs, potatoes, etc. Edeka is 300 meters away. Our beautiful 1-room apartment in the commercial area is on the second floor and can be reached via an external staircase.
