Yes, the photos correspond to reality! If full we have 2 other advertisements: "Havre de paix access..BIS" to rent room n°2 and "Havre de paix..TER" for the 2 rooms. Quiet in the shade of coconut trees and feet in the water. 4 restaurants and 2 grocery stores nearby. Walks on the beach, fishing trip. 10 minutes from Saly. Taxis 5 mins away. The 72 m2 single apartment is the upper part of the house (possibility to rent it entirely see other listings) Located in Popenguin, close to the center and its exceptional location in front of the ocean "feet in the water" with a magical view of the ocean and the cliffs. Former shed from the 1960s, when Dakar residents came to spend their weekends in Popenguine. Rare undestroyed witness of this period, it has been renovated respecting its authenticity. On the beach, it is also 2 min walk from the center. The ground is arranged little by little according to the hirings. Sea lovers who appreciate simple pleasures and village life should be seduced.
