State-of-the-art villa with 4 fixed bedrooms and a fifth multifunctional room (to be used as a large bedroom or as an extra living room with extra kitchen) with 5 bathrooms (with shower). The living room with open kitchen connects to a large terrace (with BBQ area) & heated swimming pool (15 x 3 meters). The villa is surrounded by nature and phenomenal mountain views. Garage full of toys and games! The villa is 8 minutes from Alcobaca, 15 minutes from Nazaré, 15 minutes from Sao Martinho do Porto.

The house is located near the center of Sítio da Nazaré. You can use the famous elevator that is about 500 meters from the house and will take you to Nazaré beach, enjoying a magnificent view of the town. From the house, you can see the sea from the north beach (North Canyon). It has good lighting, comfortable beds and the kitchen is very well equipped and the house is located in a quiet area. My space is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids) and big groups.
