An amazing house to enjoy as a family.

House in a gated community (access with electric gate) very comfortable located above Vega de Pupuya, 5 minutes from Pupuya beach, 10 minutes from Matanzas and 30 minutes from Puertecillo (distance by vehicle). It is a very quiet place, ideal for resting and taking advantage of being with family. 5,000 sq. meters of land, **SATELLITE INTERNET (STARLINK)**, swimming pool, hot tub (wood heating), stove, grill, sandbox and a trampoline for children. The condominium has a parking space.

Wonderful house in Matanzas. Unbeatable view. Quiet place with beaches 15 minutes away, ideal for surfing and kitesurfing. Spacious house. Fully equipped gazebo, with a bathroom, independent. 5 bedrooms, without bunk beds: 3 bedrooms en suite: 2 with a double bed and one with 2 full beds. 2 bedrooms with 2 full beds each that share a bathroom. All rooms have wonderful ocean views. Living room with fireplace. Dining room for 10 people. Built-in kitchen. Very cozy.

Fully equipped cabin is rented with quincho and designed for 4 people maximum. Also, we have 2 adult pools and 1 children for guests in a very quiet space and ideal for rest. We are in Christmas Rapel 5 minutes from the river Rapel and 15 minutes from the mouth, Christmas and massacres. Check in at 2pm and check out at 12. Minimum 2 nights are rented.
