Charming house with big terrace

Hello, I'm Marisol, I have restored, respecting the rural character of the building, my grandparent house located in Pasarón de la Vera , village in the province of Cáceres declared of historic interest. The house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The maximum capacity is 10 people. On the ground floor there is a separate apartment (search apartment-loft in Pasaron de la Vera) with additional capacity for two adults and two children. The kitchen, dining room and siting room are large and very nice terrace full with plants with a big table and chairs. Sheets and towels are provided and beds will be ready when you arrive. Pasarón de la Vera is well situated for visits to historical paces and country excursions. It is 12 km from Cuacos deYuste (retirement place l of the Emperor Charles V), 105Km from Cáceres and 102 Km from Trujillo. It is a very green area with with chestnut and oak trees and even if summer days are hot, nights are cooler. You can do many excursions to natural pools or Monfrague Natural Park (35 km), rent canoes, horseback riding or rent a quad. In the house there are many brochures about the area, but if you need any information about where to eat or what to visit you can contact me and I will try to help you. Encantos del Jerte, Cerezas y Picotas Apartment

The apartment Cerezas y Picotas has a large and comfortable living room, with integrated kitchen, large refrigerator and dishwasher, oven with micro function, recycling cubes, cleaning products, coffee makers (Italian and dolche gusto), toaster, blender, jug with filter and all the necessary utensils for the day to day. There are coffees, decaf sachets, instant cocoa, teas, sugar, sweetener, salt, paper towels, cleaning products and trash bags, all provided by the house. It has two bedrooms, one with a 150 cm bed and the other with two 90 cm single beds. Our guests comment on the comfort of the mattresses and pillows. Fully equipped crib and high chair available for babies; If you are traveling with children, we have a crib and high chair available. Just ask. Bathroom with Gel dispensers, Shampoo, Hand soap, toilet paper, towels and carpet. Hair dryer. Ironing board, iron, laundry basket, clothesline and clothespins. Smart TV in the living room and master bedroom. Ultra silent ceiling fans. Air conditioning by underfloor/refreshing, with aerothermal equipment and solar panels, creating a unique atmosphere of comfort. If traveling with a pet we have a bed, blanket, drinker/trough, ask for it.

There are several natural pools in the area, gorges, and routes of all kinds. You can visit the Yuste monastery 7.5 km from the house. In the village there are restaurants, shops, and a supermarket next to the house.

Anida Cottage is located in Valdelageve, Salamanca. Newly built house with 2 double bedrooms and 1 master bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, a spacious living room with a fireplace, a large kitchen with everything you need, a garage, and a large porch and garden with a barbecue. The house has a swimming pool for the private use of its guests. This service is offered on request and during the summer season.
