The old house at Solnes Gard

Part of duplex on active farm. We are the third generation to run the farm after my husband's grandparents got the farm as a wedding gift. Here you get to stay in the original farmhouse from about 1950. We live in the other part of the residence ourselves. Cozy place, fully furnished and with everything you need for shorter or longer stays. We have 8 alpacas and many goats on the farm, you can join the care on demand and if we have the opportunity in a busy everyday life when we are in full work and have four small children.

The garden is surrounded by beautiful snow-capped mountains with many excursions just outside the door. Welcome to an unique vacation home where you get to experience farm life up close and maybe taste egg and milk from our animals. Utigård is located in beautiful surroundings close to the fjord, surrounded by snow covered mountains and the mighty glaciers in Olden and Loen in Nordfjord.

The apartment is around 6 years old, and with all basic furniture and kitchen appliances. There is a parking lot separating the living room window and the fjord. Please contact me for a multiple night discount. You will be met by my hostess upon arrival. PS: In the rare case the cleaning might not be finished by the time you arrive, you are still welcome to check in and leave your bags there. If so, you will be notified beforehand. Nice hiking area right outside the door, short distance to the mountains around Førde.

Cottage of about 60 square meters with 2 bedrooms. Own kitchen with crockery. The cottage is in a peaceful area with 3 other cabins. The chalet is in a private road and the area is quiet and peaceful. There is barbecue at the cabin for fine evenings with sunset in the fjord. There is a fireplace in the living room and it comes with firewood that can be used if it gets cold. There is also electric heating in every room. Bed linen and cleaning are included in the price.

Aasengard ligger høyt og fritt midt i et flott kulturlandskap omkranset av ville fjell. Garden grenser til Geirangerfjorden som ligger på UNESCO`s verdensarvliste. Gården ligger midt i et flott rutenett for fotturer. Det er ingen dyr på gården. Det er også mange flotte toppturmuligheter i nærheten. Kvitegga, Bleia, Hornindalsrokken, Saksa og Slogen er fjell som er aktuelle både som skiturer og fotturer. Laksefiske i Korsbrekkelva kan avtales
