Heating cables in bathrooms and panel heaters in living room/kitchen. Private patio and great views west towards the mountains. The unit is located about 15 min walk from the city center in a quiet residential area, near the hospital. There is free parking in the commonhold parking lot. Perfect size for 1-2 people, but possibility to add up to 1-2 extra people on the sofa.
