The house in Åmmeberg is a cosy turn-of-the-century house. The house is 150m2 and has a large garden of 1150m2. The ground floor contains a kitchen, dining room, large living room, hallway, hall, toilet and two bedrooms. The upper floor contains three bedrooms, a hall and a bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with porcelain and glass for 9 people, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker, etc. Parking for 3-4 cars in the courtyard and electric car charger for a fee. Close to shops and the hotel restaurant.

No smoking indoors in the entire property, smoking outdoors allowed. In winter, we charge a fee of SEK 200 for ice hole making if guests wish to swim in the winter

Close to padel courts, tennis courts, miniature golf. No pets allowed. Sheets/towels are brought yourself, but can be rented for SEK 100/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Here a slightly larger group/family can find recovery with proximity to nature yet it is only 10 minutes by car to the beautiful small city of Askersund. Tivedens National Park is close as well as the long sandy beach Harjebaden. The house was completed in autumn 2018 and has all amenities.
