I completely re-modeled this home when my good friends who live on a boat, arrived asking for a place to have their baby in. Hence, my heart is full of love every time I look at the photos and remember Augie, joining us on earth. We finished the space, just in time for his arrival. The house is wonderful for large groups wanting to barbque on the patio and hang out on the oversized deck, and is also great for crews of workers each wanting their own bedroom and a lovely space to relax.

County of Sonoma Vacation Rental Permit number ZPE15-0201. Our place is centrally located to both the Napa and Sonoma valleys. We are walking distance to Endiku Winery, Ceja Winery, Homewood Winery, Lou's Lunchette, and Hanson's Vodka. We have a small organic farm off the beaten path. The unit is upstairs above the garage, and it is very private. We have some wonderful birdwatching opportunities. On our farm we see herons, egrets, quail, redtail hawks, owls, quail, and many small birds.

Modern and spacious with glass enclosed porch, high ceilings and lots of French doors, skylights and windows. Close to town in the very nicest area within a mile of downtown, walkable, or bikeable with my cruiser bikes. You’ll love the views, the location, the goats, quail running around and delicious cafe next door. We just lost our mini horse 7/27 :( we had 16 years, sorry if you had planned on meeting him, it was a sad loss for us.
