Greens Lake is only a 5 minute drive away so bring your kayak, boat or fishing rod... 30 minute drive from Heathcote and 35 minutes away from beautiful historic Echuca. Enjoy a drink and nibbles on the verandah, or wander down to the town’s CBD (approx 500m) or historic Port of Echuca (approx. 1 km) where an abundance of amazing pubs, restaurants & boutique shopping await you! A beautiful bush walking track around the Campaspe River is at the end of the street.

The Loft @ Ellesmere Vale

Nestled on the Campaspe River at Fosterville in Central Victoria, The Loft is a hidden treasure for short escapes, leisurely holidays, retreats and celebrations. With farm and billabong views, our self-contained loft on this working farm has two bedrooms, parents retreat and lounge (with dining), kitchenette and split system air-conditioning. Kyabram House is located in the main street of Kyabram and is a fully self-contained 1930’s Californian bungalow and is ideal for families and groups visiting Kyabram and the surrounding Goulburn River Valley areas. Kyabram House is a lovely character home, only 200m from the CBD, which sleeps eight people comfortably, fully renovated and complete with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Kyabram. We are family and pet friendly with a safe enclosed rear yard. 

Mary Ann Road Garden Cottage

Mary Ann Road Garden Cottage is a self-contained, one bedroom cabin, looking onto the garden trees and flower beds of our semi-rural property on the edge of Echuca. While perfectly suited for couples or single travellers, the cottage is unsuitable for people travelling with pets. Only 8 minutes’ drive from the centre of Echuca, everything is within comfortable reach; but you’ll sleep in the country peace and quiet and probably wake to the sound of birdsong.

Studio 237 Private self contained Apt/Balcony

Studio 237 is a modern, self contained apartment upstairs with private balcony. A BBQ is supplied on the balcony as well as limited cooking facilities in the kitchen including convection/microwave oven, induction cooktop and dishwasher. The pantry is stocked tea, coffee, sugar, sauces etc. internet is provided free of charge plus Netflix on smart TV. A washing machine is located under the staircase for use with a clothes horse stored in cupboard.
