Charming cabin all the way near Rondane national park. At the cabin we can tempt with a fireplace and a beautiful view as well as a ping pong table in the basement and a large bolt space out in the woods outside for the little ones. Nice hiking opportunities both summer and winter. Otherwise, the cabin consists of a large bathroom with slate floor, double sink, shower, toilet and washing machine, a spacious kitchen and dining room as well as a living room with sofa and TV. There is also a porch and fire pit. There is a road all the way to the door, even in winter.

Welcome to Rondane National Park! The cabin is 2 km from Mysusæter, and 2 km from Spranget (the national park starts here). The cabin is located on top of Rondane mountain plateau with the possibility of both short and long walks. For example, you can walk up to the top Ranglarhø right behind the cabin and get a lovely view, walk down to Brudesløret, or you can walk or bike from the Leap into Rondvassbu and plan a top trip from there. Fully possible to take a summit trip as a day trip from our cabin and the possibility to rent a bike on the leap.

Cozy log cabin, great view 10 min from Lillehammer

Beautifully situated log cabin 10-min drive from the center of Lillehammer. Short distance to the Birkebeineren Ski Stadium, which offers an extensive network of hiking trails and cross-country skiing tracks. 15-min drive to Nordseter, about 20 minutes to Sjusjøen, both with excellent trails for hiking and skiing. The ski jumping hill is 3-minute drive from the cabin and offers a great view. 5-min drive to grocery store. For alpine skiing, Hafjell is 25 min away, and Kvitfjell is about 1 hour.

Spenn på deg skiene rett utenfor hytteveggen, eller sett deg på sykkelen for milevis av turmuligheter. Vi har også en kano til fri bruk på Furusjøen i nærheten. Etter turen kan du slappe av i den deilig badstuen. Hytta er romslig, velholdt og inneholder alt du trenger for uforglemmelige dager i et av Norges flotteste fjellområdet i Rondane Nasjonalpark.

Velkommen til Viking-gården Sygard Listad. Her bor du på historisk grunn. Viking-kongen Olav den Hellige bodde her i 1021, for å forberede slaget mot kongen i Gudbrandsdalen. Dette skjedde under kristninga av Norge. På gården finnes den hellige brønnen "Olavskilden". Kjøreavstand til Oslo er 250 km og det samme til Trondheim. Her kan du dra på ski i Hafjell, Kvitfjell, Gålå, nasjonalparken Jotunheimen eller Rondane. Om sommer kan du se Peer Gynt, moskus-safari eller dagstur til Geiranger.

The cottage sits wonderfully close to Mysusæter city centre 910 meters above sea level and direct access to magical Rondane National Park.

Enjoy a quiet break in this unique micro-house down by Glomma's riverbank. Watch the river flow by while you enjoy the peace and quiet of our little house for a night or more. The house is idyllically located by the river Glomma in Alvdal. Just a few steps from the house, you can fish, swim or sit and relax in front of the outdoor fireplace. The area is also a great base for hiking, with many options for nice daytrips. A stay with us is much more than just a place to sleep 🌲☀️🏞️

Mountain cabin next to Rondane National Park

Simple and charming mountain cabin located at the tree line, 1000 meters above sea level. It is only one kilometer from the national park, and it is five kilometers to walk to the Peer Gynt cabin. The cabin has neither running water nor electricity, but it has solar power, which is generally sufficient for charging phones and using lamps. Water is fetched from the stream behind the cabin. There is an outdoor toilet in the outbuilding next to the cabin. The cabin is heated with firewood.

The spacious cabin, with a grand view towards Rondane mountains and 3 separate bedrooms is centrally placed in Mysusæter- This is an entire appartment in a grand cabin in Mysusæter. The upper appartment will be closed off but it will not be occupied when the lower apartment is rented. The cabin is relatively close to the Rondane National park with easy access to hikes, both easy and more or less challenging.
