Within our family home, stay in this beautiful 25 m² self-contained studio located on the 1st floor of the house, with a beautiful view of the Semnoz. Access to the accommodation is self-contained via an outdoor staircase, you have a free parking space nearby. The accommodation consists of a large room with a dining / kitchen area (with fridge and microwave), a sleeping area with a bed 160 x 200 cm (and a heater available for a child), as well as a shower room.

Ideally located between the lakes of Annecy and Bourget, our cottage is located at the entrance to the Bauges Nature Park. In summer, you will enjoy the mountains and lakes for walks, hikes and swimming... In winter you will enjoy the joys of snow and skiing with two small family ski resorts nearby: Semnoz (30 min) and Margeriaz (40 min) as well as the Revard plateau (40 min) for cross-country skiing and hiking. The Aravis resorts are 1 hour away.

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. At an altitude of 650 metres, the 180° view from the terrace over the surrounding mountains is exceptional. Depending on the season, you can often spot birds of prey and other birds, as well as large animals (deer, does). The chalet is not suitable for children or babies.
