Au sein de notre maison familiale, séjournez dans ce beau studio indépendant de 25m² situé au 1er étage de la maison avec une belle vue sur le Semnoz. L’accès au logement est indépendant via un escalier extérieur, vous bénéficiez d’une place de parking gratuite à proximité. Le logement se compose d'une grande pièce avec un coin repas / cuisine (avec frigo et micro-onde), un espace nuit avec un lit 160 x 200 cm (et une chauffeuse à disposition pour un enfant), ainsi qu'une salle de douche.

Take a break and relax in this peaceful place on the edge of the "Gorges du Chéran" near Annecy and Aix-les-Bains in the heart of the Bauges mountain range, a great place for hiking, summer swimming possible in the river at the bottom of the apartment. In winter you are 30 minutes from the SEMNOZ and MARGERIAZ ski resorts, nice small resorts and 1 hour from the big resorts (La Clusaz or Grand BORNAND). Alby-sur-Chéran is a small, quiet and peaceful medieval village.

In winter you will enjoy the joys of snow and skiing with two small family ski resorts nearby: Semnoz (30 min) and Margeriaz (40 min) as well as the Revard plateau (40 min) for cross-country skiing and hiking. The Aravis resorts are 1 hour away.

This cabin is located in the middle of fruit trees and a huge vegetable garden! Poultry are free around (goose, duck, chicken) 🐤 The river is 30 seconds away with splendid views of the mountains. You have the option to fully open the roof above the bed to admire the stars, even in winter because I have a warm duvet that keeps the heat from the stove 🔥 Shared showers and toilets, 30 seconds from the accommodation.

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. At an altitude of 650 metres, the 180° view from the terrace over the surrounding mountains is exceptional. Depending on the season, you can often spot birds of prey and other birds, as well as large animals (deer, does). The chalet is not suitable for children or babies.
