Take a break and relax in this peaceful place on the edge of the "Gorges du Chéran" near Annecy and Aix-les-Bains in the heart of the Bauges mountain range, a great place for hiking, summer swimming possible in the river at the bottom of the apartment. In winter you are 30 minutes from the SEMNOZ and MARGERIAZ ski resorts, nice small resorts and 1 hour from the big resorts (La Clusaz or Grand BORNAND). Alby-sur-Chéran is a small, quiet and peaceful medieval village.

Independent entrance, quiet assured by the countryside environment (the house is facing fields), very nice view of Semnoz Mountain (famous spot for paragliders that we see passing over the house since a landing area is located 300 m away). This fully equipped studio, with integrated kitchen and bathroom with shower cabin, was completely renovated in 2016. It is perfect for 2 or 3 (1 couple with 1 child)

Close to an equestrian center, many hikes, 2 km from pretty villages with all shops. It is located 15 minutes from Annecy, 25 minutes from Aix-les-Bains and 30 minutes from the ski resorts. Ideally located between the lakes of Annecy and Bourget, our cottage is located at the entrance to the Bauges Nature Park. In summer, you will enjoy the mountains and lakes for walks, hikes and swimming... In winter you will enjoy the joys of snow and skiing with two small family ski resorts nearby: Semnoz (30 min) and Margeriaz (40 min) as well as the Revard plateau (40 min) for cross-country skiing and hiking. The Aravis resorts are 1 hour away.

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. The cottage is not suitable for children or infants. At an altitude of 650 m above sea level, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. Pets not allowed. There are frequent raptors and other birds as well as large animals ( deer, deer ) depending on the season.
