Spacious holiday home with lake plot. Completed in 2017 with a bright and open plan with all possible amenities. There is access to a boat and a lovely swimming jetty. Lake perfect for fishing! Charcoal grill is available to borrow for barbecue evenings that you can spend on a lovely deck with lake view. The house has a larger bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed with a larger bed at the bottom. In the loft, there is a regular bed as well as a comfortable mattress on the floor. A/C is available for hot days.

The house has a large porch and nice plot that extends around the house and into the Värmland forest. A short bike ride away you will find a grocery store, pizza place and gas station (about 3 km). If you want to experience the Värmland idyll and mysterious forests, you found the right place.

Here is a newly built house (year of construction: 2025) with stylish exterior/interior for those who want peace and quiet. Just the trees are neighbors! The house is interesting to rent for both families and smaller groups such as golfers, hikers, cultural visitors, etc.

And experience the awakening of nature during Spring. The stuga is suitable for max. 2 persons.
