The Tinyhouse Lambada is a modern small house lovingly decorated and offers the comfort of a normal modern large house on 28m². Enjoy 2 or more nights in the wine district in a Tinyhouse with a quiet terrace. Private parking is just in front of the house and the Wolkersdorf express station is 10 minutes away. (In 20 minutes in Vienna center !) Use the house for a business visit nearby or for a hiking / cycling trip in the Weinviertel. A visit to Vienna is also possible!

Welcome to our modern new building on the outskirts of town! The spacious house offers 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an extra toilet and plenty of space to feel good. Please note that a tourist tax of €2.50 per person per night is payable on site. The city is quickly accessible, ideal for families, couples or groups. Charming appartment in ancient house

The appartment is on the basement floor of an ancient house built before the turn of the 19th century (1884), with the original doors and windows and in one room a decorated ceiling. It is located in the little centre of Kritzendorf between Vienna and Tulln. You are not far away from the danube and the nearby meadowy woods. The famous Strombad - a bathing area along the river - is a 10minutes walk away. Vienna is easily reached via train in 20-30 min.

The building has been finished in 2025 and is therefore in a very good condition. The apartment offers a double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washing machine. The accommodation is located in a quiet area but has excellent public transport connections, making it easy to reach the city center. There is a free parking lot not too far away and also a lake where you can swim for free.
