The main open plan living area has futon couch and flat screen TV or retreat to the private sleep-out which has additional TV and couch.

Please note this is a family house and not suitable for groups of 12 adults (maximum of 8 adults & 4 children).

Great for a quick weekend to relax or perfect for a good long family holiday..
