Two-story private house with grapevine-covered courtyard in the historic part of Tbilisi's city center. Open plan kitchen and living area, upstairs bedrooms, and large outdoor veranda make it ideal for a family or couples. Our house is conveniently located in the very center of the city. Five minutes walk to Rustaveli Avenue (main street with museums and cafes) and the metro. Two minutes walk to the Old City, the touristic center of Tbilisi. One minute walk to a large Carrefour supermarket.

The area is colorful, all the main attractions of the city are within a walking distance and it is a popular area for tourists. Also an ancient architecture. The apartment has a simple, modern design. It only takes 5 minutes on foot from house to Metro.
