Constructed in 1897, by architect Korneli Tatishchev next to the old funicular station it belongs to Gabashvili family. The apartment under the stairway is a one room flat with two beds and one bathroom. You will have access to public transportation, restaurants, cafes in just 1 minute walk.

Very lovely and cozy apartment in the center of Tbilisi. The apartment is located just 7 minutes uphill walk from Rustavelli Avenue, and therefore has a beautiful view of the whole city. About a 10-minute-walk to both central Metro stations-Liberty square and Rustaveli. Bus stop, Opera house, Rustaveli theater, Georgian national museum, Galleria Tbilisi - a big mall with cafes, restaurants, markets, shops and many more are in a walking distance.
