Villa Sunshine

A villa on the Indian Ocean, a beautiful golf course to the rear. You can not only watch the springboks there, but also hear a lot of birds, see turtles. From each room in the house you have sea views and with a little luck you can see the whales passing by, dolphins jumping. Or just enjoy the sound of the sea. Beach walks on the sandy beach or a swim in the private pool, contribute to the best rest. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood.

Awesome beach house only 40km north of Port Alfred at Mgwalana river. Large, open plan family home, 3 decks, amazing views, 60km of pristine, deserted beach, secure gated area, warm water and beautiful river for fishing, boating and watersports. Our house is 20m from the beach down a private path, and is the ultimate relaxed, private oasis.
